Yet without such ‘feedback’, we learn little. ’ P – ‘Programmed Knowledge’ – is the expert knowledge, the knowledge in books, what we are told to do because that is how it has been done for decades. But it may not be the most useful knowledge for the present or the future. Q – Questioning – is just that: questioning what aspect of this previous knowledge and experience is useful, relevant or helpful here and now, as we deal with our immediate issue.
